Company Dashboard Sheet
- Use the Profit and Loss by Client report in Quickbooks. Open up the Revenue tab and log that month’s revenue for each client
- Use the Profit and Loss report in Quickbooks. Open up the 2022 tab (or whatever the current year is) and manually load in the final Expense number and COGS number into the spreadsheet
- Uncheck the current month’s box
- For Internal Reviews (IR), open up Pipedrive and go to People:
- Open up the Filter and select People to Conduct Reviews
- Input the quantity of Internal Reviews that have been requested (you should be able to sort by the Date Requested column)
- Input the quantity of Internal Reviews that have been completed (you should be able to sort by the Date Completed column)
- Input the averages of all three categories for reviews
- For Talent Network, open up Pipedrive and:
- Input the number of interviews completed (sort by the Completed date)
- Input the number of interviewees accepted (sort by the Accepted toggle field)
Monthly Overview Document
Previous Month Fluctuations
Pull up a report in QuickBooks to see Revenue by Client. Filter it by Current Month in comparison to the Prior Month (ex. If we’re analyzing May 2022, we should be comparing May 2022 to April 2022). You will then see which clients had an uptick in revenue this month and which clients had a downtick. Note anything more than 10% under each heading in the Monthly Overview document. Next to that client’s name, notate why this change occurred. If the reason is important enough, place the point of contact’s name in the table at the bottom of that section as a reminder to send out meeting invites.
Previous Year Fluctuations
Edit the report you are looking at from Prior Month Fluctuations, and change the comparison time frame to the same month as “current” but the previous year (ex. If we’re analyzing May 2022, we should be comparing May 2022 to May 2021). The entire purpose of this audit is to see who is no longer spending money with us, and those contact names should be placed in the table at the bottom for reach outs this month.
General Items
- Look through the list of clients we have worked on this month and see if any of them would be good for a Google review or a Clutch review
