The Why?
Our weekly Solution Manager meetings are a linchpin for our remote team. Beyond keeping us connected and in sync, they’re a space to quickly address issues and clarify any ambiguities on tasks. By the end of each session, solutions managers have communicated to the team next steps on all the projects that they manage. It’s a streamlined approach that ensures we’re always on point and ready to deliver top-notch service to our clients.
Weekly Meeting Cadence
Monday Meetings
We aim for all client meetings on Mondays. Touching base with clients at the start of the week helps the Solutions Managers to prioritize tasks for the team. It also gives clients a place to share questions or concerns about project status updates sent on Friday
At the conclusion of the meeting, solutions managers should make sure that Asana is updated with:
- Appropriate due dates – All dates should be in the future. Comment on task the reason for the date change.
- Assignee – If the assignee has changed, make sure to tag the previous assignee so that they know it is taken care of
Tuesday Meetings
Solutions Managers have 30 minute meetings with team involved in their projects. This is the time to prioritize and answer any project related questions
Wednesday Meetings
These will be internal process meetings. The leadership team, solutions team, and sales team all have regular meetings that occur on Wednesday to address issues and come up with solutions.
